Hi guys, am hoping to move back to the Island in 2008 after nearly 30 years away - any suggestions as to which part of the Island would be good for house hunting? (well Bungalow hunting actually!)

Hi Gypsy 1 you do not appear to have received a response to your post of 28/12/07.
House hunting in all parts of Canvey is good at this time.Do not be in to much of a hurry to buy . Prices are on the decline and are likely to go lower over the next few months.
